In order to streamline its organizational structure, strengthen internal coordination, and enhance service quality, SCC Crew Manning Company Limited (SCCM) has officially merged the Business Department into the Crew Department, and will operate under the unified structure of the Crew and Maritime Services Department.

This restructuring is intended to improve coordination across customer handling, crew sourcing, training, deployment, and crew replacement, thereby enhancing response speed, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Following the merger, the Crew and Maritime Services Department will serve as the unified focal point for customer-related matters, crew resources, and SCCM’s crew supply operations.

SCCM confirms that this organizational adjustment does not affect its existing service commitments to customers, partners, and seafarers, but is aimed at improving management effectiveness and operational quality in the next stage of development.
