Taking place over two days on April 16 and 17 at the SCCM Representative Office in Hai Phong (11B Vo Thi Sau), SCCM organized a specialized Seminar titled "IMO Code; MLC, International Ship & Port Facility Security Code." Additionally, the workshops aimed to facilitate exchange and experience sharing among the TOP 4 officers of various national and international fleets.

Through the seminar, with direct/indirect supervision from partner representatives and shipowners, there have been positive assessments regarding the quality of the workshops, indicating that SCCM is strongly focused on enhancing the quality of its resources.
